As part of the Lund University Africa Day 2015 this November 10th, a panel debate entitled ‘The new scramble for Africa’s resources – looting or development?’ will take place at Café Athen (doors open at 7pm). LUCSUS researcher Elina Andersson has been part of the coordinating body of pulling this event together. Participants can expect an exciting discussion to unfold during the debate due to the wide range of perspectives represented on the panel, including that of the recent Right Livelihood Award winner NNimmo Bassey.
This event is open to the public. More information can be found by clicking on the image below and at Debatt i Lund’s Facebook page.
